Great value, great support
We have been using WeBee at our hotel for a while now and without a doubt, it is one of the most valuable tools our hotel has. Not only having a native app for the hotel is prestigious but also direct engagement with our guests increased satisfaction, therefore, lead to more return-guests. WeBee was most helpful with their support and initial setup process. We would recommend WeBee to any hotel that would like to increase the value of their establishments.

It is a good program but need development in some area i think. Quick and direct contact with guest gives great advantage. Guests birthday selection is not working, support team is working on it for about 5 months.
PROSPrompt actions. 24 hours connection with guest.
CONSFor some guests it seems diffucult to use. Especially for elderly people.

Effecient Product, Great Support Team
Very happy with Webee. I highly recommend the product and the team.
PROSWebee is a very effecient product that has all the features we could possible need. It is a very user friendly product whether from customer aspect or staff. The deployment of the product was very simple and straight-forward. No complicated tech. The sales team and the support team are absolutely fantastic. Very responsive, very flexible, and always there for us.
CONSReporting dashboard and data base has space for improvement. But all the basic reporting features are there.
Reasons for switching to WeBee
Other product was very complicated. Much more ecpensive for much less features. Their team were non responsive.

Excellent and would recommend other companies to use it.
PROSThe support that was given to us during the buying, implementation process and after sale support and follow up. This strength that WeBee Team has, add value to the application and makes it easy to surf. Additionally, WeBee functionality that brough us closer to our guests which has reflected positively on the overall guest feedback.
CONSThe slowness of the app sometimes which makes a bit difficult to be answer to the guest requests.
