WINHMS is a property management solution for small, midsize and large hotels. It caters to a range of businesses including hotels, motels, resorts, clubs and spas.

WINHMS key features include front office management, back office management, material management, human resources, a point of sale functionality, purchase management, inventory, payroll, banquet organization, maintenance, and custom interfaces. The front office system handles client reservations, queries, tariff details, discount schemes, group bookings and billing. It provides a tape chart that contains information about room availability and room allocation. The system also notes down details like guest complaints, suggestions, hotel comments and previous visit statistics.

WINHMS point-of-sale provides support for billing of single or linked tables, bill cancellation, split bills and split quantity situations. The solution can be customized as per the needs and size of a property business. It supports multi-property mode and can be managed centrally. Support is provided via email and phone.

Running all the data Base to Excel sheet , sending direct thanks letter for the check out guest , immediate configure the Confirmation letter ,

Cons

first no Training version or training user like Opera , there is no Video to train
system needs times to know it , so we need training videos or training file or training pdf

Awesome software

this is best software of world winHMS . i use to winHMS software of three days. and i won't purchase that software to a new hotel i suggest to other hotel (M.D) he will be agree to get this software his hotel
