Worst customer service ever. Have to call multiple times to get an answer and 95% of the time they give you completely incorrect information.

To my understanding, my company stopped using it because it was costing it too much money. We decided to go with another software called BambooHR.

ADP is easy to use software that helps simplify our needs as an every growing company. ADP makes it easy for us.

The only thing that I had a problem with was logging onto their system. It would take you to various other ADP sites.

We keep getting late notices for non-payment from the unemployment services office (which ADP is supposed to pay on time). Employees pay was randomly changed without our notice.

It's a very good payroll software. I punched in and out accurately and I could view my time track online.

The customer service and support has been good and the implementation and set-up went smoothly. It does everything it was expected to and does have some nice reporting functionality included as well.

I think overall it is a good investment for the company. Even though it does seem expensive.

If a person has had ADP prior to sign up it pulls forward old pay statements which can be confusing while making you make a new username.

Notifications are touch & miss. Sometimes I get an email that it cleared & sometimes I don't.

That’s great because, for example, you don’t have to spend the money on a driving record check for someone who isn’t going to drive for you.

We got a response on an applicant within I believe 24 hours -- SUPER QUICK and VERY COMPREHENSIVE. They also checked all states.

What I like most about Checkr Is that the background process is really easy to complete.

I like how easy it is to send background check information, the transparency of the tool and product, and how quickly we get results.

On top of that, this software is easy to use for our volunteers and employees. We can set annual or periodic reminders as well as get detailed reports on outcomes.

Checkr is an easy to use package that allows for quality background investigations. They also have a group to resolve disputes should a candidate believe there is inaccuracies on the report.

It didnt tell me what it would search for, such as criminal charges.

They were super helpful when we needed a copy of their SOC 2 report for compliance, AND when I needed access to their Canadian Checkr portal. The Support team were friendly and quick to help.
