EASE of use and user interface is great. They continue to evolve as our company does.

I literally NEVER had an issue signing in at work, they was never an issue with my pay, time now hours. The system never froze while I was using like some others it was great.

Before the transition to APS, I did compare the features, pricing of a few other online payroll firms. I am very satisfied and glad that I selected APS to be my payroll provider.

The software is very logical and easy to use, but better than that is the customer service at APS. Everyone on their team is friendly and over-the-top helpful.

We have had some trouble with the eSign feature, where hourly employees are required to verify their payroll hour submissions and everyone must verify leave times.

I used aps for a previous job and it was a great system to use. I would recommend it for any employer.

Unfortunately, in my field, the hand scanning sensor gets dirty and isn't able to be cleaned easily. Also, we have wi-fi issues so the computers/tablets can be a struggle.

I am especially pleased with the customer service at APS. It's reassuring to know that someone is always available if I need assistance.

Reporting does not have everything I look for and the report builder is hard to create custom reports. The scheduling feature is difficult to work with.

The templates are just too difficult to load as we use forms specific to each position. Editing of individual questions is not possible so we are not using this feature.

Help is an email or phone call away and my team are very responsive. Customer service is awesome.

I love the integrated timeclock. I also like that employees can update all of their own information.

Problems with diacritics when translating to Czech language.

I definitely would recommend to any company that has recruiting needs, without them having to break the budget for it.

Overall, it's a very good platform. I've used a lot of different platforms over the last 15+ years and I think Crelate is my favorite.

Also, there are some minor frustrations on how to manage tags and certain fields which can be frustrating.

I enjoy the easy use functions and great multifunctional tools and time saving features.

We are solving the problem of communication between offices. It allows everyone to know where each job is at in the process of hiring.

Our sourcers and recruiters love it - they actually like it better than big talent management systems they've used with other companies. This is so cost-effective and so easy to  use.

Sometimes a little confusing with too many clicks.

Hard for me to filter some things, but that is my own lack of knowledge.

Crelate is a good, user-friendly ATS that helps keep me organized with my applicant workflow and jobs. Nice that it's web-based and I can use it both in the office and working from home.

All of the integrations for our applicants and email tracking. When I visit a profile, I can see every email to and from a candidate and easily track progress.

It has easy use, you can look up candidates with ease, keep up with job orders, and overall keep myself organized. Crelate has helped me be more successful in my most recently role due to this.

Integration with my company website and with job boards is simply fantastic.

It provides me with a perfect survey, it is user friendly and easy to use.

We also love the integration with RingCentral and other apps on the market that make using it very easy.

It's also priced very fairly and their customer service is attentive, responsive and helpful.

Crelate is a useful and affordable tool for Talent Management in Recruitment.

The ease of use - it is very intuitive but still has the support videos and trainings which allow you to get the most out of the software.

I like Crelate's clean format and the ability to adjust tabs etc easily. Some other ATS tools are very busy with WAY too many steps or click to see the items.

As a recruiter I refuse to set a person up for failure.

I truly enjoy using Crelate, it's easy to understand and very user friendly.
