Ve looked into other software but this Ine has the best interface.

Notifications are touch & miss. Sometimes I get an email that it cleared & sometimes I don't.

Checkr is an easy to use package that allows for quality background investigations. They also have a group to resolve disputes should a candidate believe there is inaccuracies on the report.

It didnt tell me what it would search for, such as criminal charges.

They were super helpful when we needed a copy of their SOC 2 report for compliance, AND when I needed access to their Canadian Checkr portal. The Support team were friendly and quick to help.

I understand that, that was human error) however, this was not caught until after the reports were sent to me.
