Pros/Cons
Pros
- Very easy to teach people how to use it and it's super great that they can integrate with a lot of HRIS for automation.
- They were super helpful when we needed a copy of their SOC 2 report for compliance, AND when I needed access to their Canadian Checkr portal. The Support team were friendly and quick to help.
- My over all experience for the Checkr is Very helpful in a way to determine the most important details of the applicant and I am satisfied on it's service.
Cons
- It didnt tell me what it would search for, such as criminal charges.
- No paper work, any time results, more to digitialization, no need to store verification forms physically for future use prospective.
- Ineffective data retrieval. They found a person by the same last name.
Pros
- The system is very user friendly and our employees enjoy the flexibility of accessing their data on a mobile device. The managers are extremely happy with the custom reports.
- I like how easy it is to find and verify my own employment/benefit/pay information, and the org chart has been super useful as a new employee at my current company.
- It has help keep organization a top priority, while being easy to use. Additionally, Customer Support is not only very helpful but always readily available.
Cons
- I very quickly realized that this system was not going to work for our team and moved to cancel our account and the customer service was pretty awful, going all the way up to upper management.
- The only problem I have is going back to add hours, if I forgot to clock in/out.
- This software is limited in the sense that when you are trying to do bulk uploading for time cards it will not let you do it if it's towards the end of a pay period.
