  • Pros

  • I enjoy the easy use functions and great multifunctional tools and time saving features.
  • Crelate is a good, user-friendly ATS that helps keep me organized with my applicant workflow and jobs. Nice that it's web-based and I can use it both in the office and working from home.
  • Cons

  • Problems with diacritics when translating to Czech language.
  • Also, there are some minor frustrations on how to manage tags and certain fields which can be frustrating.
