It was frustrating coordinating with job, background check and making sure everything matched. There was a problem when I wrote the wrong end date to a job.

The price and features when running a report because everything has a description/explation as well as help available step by step.

TERRIBLE turnaround time. Reports take far too long to come back which would result in me losing candidates.

For administrative purposes I wish I could download a sheet which would show name of employees and status (employed, processing or denied).

What I like about the software is that in a matter of moments you have results.

It is confusing because you don't ever get confirmation that the report you paid for is complete.

From beginning to end, very user friendly. The notifications are great also, when a candidate didn't fill in their info, info was provided and their running the screening, etc.

Ease of use, costs are typical for these types of reports. Most reports were available within 24 hours.

I love being able to send out the background check through a link. The website is very easy to use and the print out backgrounds are very easy to read and their turn around is so fast.

The best part of all is their salesperson called me and we were even able to shave off a few dollars on our price. I would definitely recommend this service for any company.

I very much appreciate the ability to utilize the chat feature for support as I'm not a fan of sitting on the phone trying to get a human on the other side vs the automated system.

It's sometimes hard to find old invoices/receipts for background checks I've purchased.

I am most pleased with the ease of their system and the broad availability of reports. Additionally, their customer service exceeds my expectations every time.

Overall, I like Paychex Flex. This allows me to not have to contact HR for minor questions, like, what do my benefits say about the deductible or requesting time off from my manager.

Having everything in one space including payroll, HR and reporting is a fantastic concept. It's very easy to enter payroll for your administration and flex is a very self-guided program.

Being able to integrate all of the information you need access to prevents a lot of headaches.

For the most part, Paychex Flex is a wonderful integrated HRIS product. It is truly full cycle, from recruiting to succession planning, training, through the end of employment.

Love that it keeps up with the time. Facial recognition has been integrated for the users and that is wonderful.

What I like most about Paychex Flex is the payroll management and tracking segment of the website. The new updates provide a fresh clean look and everything is extremely easy to find.

Customer service is horrible. Prices are extremely high.

Loved that they took all the background Payroll processes like Taxes, YearEnd forms (W2 & 1099). Found that there was a lot that you can utilize on the platform.

3 Weeks after cancelling no one called and they had the audacity to not only try and bill us but add charges because they tried to pull from our bank for payroll and we cut them off.

The customer service is terrible. Our account rep is changed  every few months and we are not notified until we try to process payroll and find the other person is gone.

It was a very simple system, and we were very pleased with what it offered.

Paychex made multiple errors with my account from initial implementation. Company charged higher than quoted invoice fees and was difficult to get a response from my specialist.

Overall, it's been a great experience. I would highly recommend this to others.
