I like the ability to see the progress of hiring across disciplines and teams. Greenhouse also outlines each step of an interviewee's journey which I find very helpful.

Everything about this ATS is perfect for our company. It is great with posting to job boards and tracking candidates is so easy.

Having to make a choice when it comes to form and function is a problem.

The implementation team was excellent with helping us set up the product in a way that would be most useful to us. The ease of use is incredible- makes my job easier.

The customer support is there to answer any of your questions at all times and are very quick in their service and providing solutions. Amazing reporting features.

Easy to use for the recruiters, managers, and candidates. Seamlessly integrates into our Office 365 universe and works with our SSO.

Minimal UI sometimes makes finding the right option difficult. New users often tend to struggle with learning.

Greenhouse is intuitive, the customer support is great, and they also have a mobile app which makes reviewing candidates on the go easy.

The ease of access, the simple layout of the website, the price.

We evaluated all big names but at the end Greenhouse could convince with the best functionality, usability and service. It offers the best price-performance ratio.

This product is not as customizable as other products we have used. However, I don't have anything particularly negative.

The other plus of Greenhouse is that it's super customizable so with enough research and energy you can get it to do mostly anything you want it to do.

One of the things I like about it best is the ability to share job vacancies using integrations with LinkedIn and other social media for automated sharing job postings.

Greenhouse is a great option for SaaS-based recruiting software that is easy to onboard users and get people collaboratively working with applicants.

It is time-consuming to set up and it can be difficult for your hiring managers to get used to the process.

The lack of the ability to customize the review report is frustrating at times.

In  my view Greenhouse provides the ability to streamline the recruitment process whilst offering staff the chance to get engaged in the process to attract and hire the best talent.

I can see my days off, my benefits, my salary, and my paychecks. This is very important for me and makes it easy to know where to find things.

What I like most is the ease of use for our employees. It is a very  intuitive system to use and an employee's profile, performance management, PTO  and onboarding tasks are visible to them.

Great program to manage a team, see benefits, stay connected at an organization, etc. Everything is laid out clearly.

They have the answers and if not they will ensure they get you the answers. We have been extremely pleased with how they continue to provide us with the best customer service a client can ask for.

My overall experience has been very positive. They have an updated customer service center that provides you with related articles to your question which is very helpful.

We have had a great benefits team, customer service team, and over all success with the project and HRIS.

Overall, it's a nice tool. HR sends notices periodically about happenings around the company and Namely is a nice platform in which to view them.

Its a user friendly platform. Namely integrates with our ATS and it saves a lot of onboarding process.

It has a great user interface for our employees.

This makes it difficult if someone has a sick day to account for it on their time-card.

The service is awful and disjointed. Part of this is probably because of such high turnover on their part.

We have had difficulty with the Namely Time feature, it gets confusing for employees and sometimes there are issues with information syncing between the two systems.

The best thing about Namely is the integration between HR, Benefits and Payroll.

We have received fast and helpful responses to our inquiries. Benefits management in the system is also intuitive.

Namely is easy to use and great for what we've needed it for.

I love how easy it is to use Namely, the sections are clear and the user interface is simple and straighforward.

I'm a big fan of the user interface and ease of processing my documents. Overall a good value for the money.

We use Namely for payroll, HRIS, and benefits. Having an all in one solution has not only made everything much more organized and easy to manage but has saved our team time and money.

When you assign a task to someone there is no way to set reminders or alert you if you have a task overdue. Also, no notification or red flag that says you have incomplete tasks on the homepage.

Namely has been a painful experience, with no support in the roll-out or implementation.

We selected Namely for the HR flexibility and have been very disappointed with the Payroll technology and customer service.

Lots of options to meet your needs from the benefits side with great transparency for employees to understand the total cost of benefits provided to them.

Having a fully integrated solution has saved me an abundance of time.

Overall experience has been great. It's nice to have one hub for all of your HR docs, files and software needs.

Namely's ease of use is second to none. Our employees love the facebook like layout.

They hold you off with emails stating they are working on the problems only after you send several emails and leave many phone messages for follow up.

It integrates seamlessly with our SSO platform and provides a nice clean, clear, and concise interface.

Line of sight is easy, metrics and reporting are well thought out. Performance management is excellent, company goal setting, company wide communication is excellent.

It is a software of human resources with a high cost but easy to use and adaptable.

Their success and support teams are incredible and the platform is really easy to use and our employees like it. Really like working with them.

Overally it's been a good experience to manage every information at one place rather than reaching out to the HR dept for minor changes/additional information.

Good overall experience. I would love to see them enhance the annual review portion.
