Great for Performance Management and all round HR

Improved the whole of our HR system

PROS

Amazing for compensation competency and performance management , on boarding succession and training. Great that employee and manager can both make updates. Easy to use, even for those who do not use technology in their daily roles. Can be accessed anywhere so great for us as our sales team are all over the UK and Ireland. Useful to see progress through the Dashboards. Keep a check on skills and competencies. Easy Reporting and its constantly developing and you’ll always be up to date with legislation.

CONS

No cons to report as yet - we've only been using it a little while but are already seeing the benefits.

Used to use this software till about 6 months back but moved to a different product due to the cost.

Increase in productivity and database management

PROS

The Asure HR Management Software is very easy to use, and it has a lot of features & functionality.

CONS

Cost! The price is on the higher range. Would have been amazing if it was priced lesser. Implementation was also a little challenging at first.

Asure HRIS system

PROS

New Hire Wizard is easy to use, updating departments or personal changes is very easy. Has alot of standard reports and analytics to create customized reporting. Payroll is very easy, one of the easiest I have used to process.

CONS

The analytics reporting can take a while to get comfortable with. Have run into a few glitches with the system and it took longer than I would have liked to be resolved.
