"TriNet has provided a comprehensive HR platform that makes it easier to manage payroll, benefits, compliance, and employee support in one place."

"Everything I need to conduct my HR duties is right there on the dashboard. If I ever need assistance with a task, a customer service representative is always there to resolve my issue quickly. If I need to provide more details, I like to create a case on the platform, and it is always resolved quickly as well."

"TriNet also has a wonderful virtual community named The Wing, and we all connect and learn from each other in that community while completing challenges and earning points for rewards which makes the experience even greater!"

"Abrupt System Logouts & Technical Glitches: Some reviewers mention minor technical frustrations, such as frequent automatic logouts for security or temporary glitches during peak benefits enrollment periods."

"Sometimes we have an issue with getting complete answers to complex questions submitted by employees and administrators - this usually only applies to questions that require more nuance in thinking through the issue or question at hand and how it should be correctly and completely addressed."
