I had good experience using 100hires which is easing the work of a recruiter.

PROS

100hires is a good ATS system which is powered by AI intelligence which gives ease to recruiters to get the work done quickly. Importing resumes from google/linkedin is a very cool feature.

CONS

Everything is good and is recommending to firms cause it will make the work easy for recruiters.

PROS

Website is clean and easy to navigate Very helpful in extracting info in LinkedIn instead of doing it manually

CONS

- instead of dragging candidates for status, is there a way to update status directly on candidates profile besides ctrl command, to minimize human error for the status of the candidate, specially if we are talking a lot of candidates. include a direct way to contact candidates instead of going to other application instead of going to different website or app, to minimize the breach of data and to be more efficient for the recruiter's end to track if they already reach out to the candidates

It helps in searching the candidates through different platforms, Job advertisement and It also help in maintaining the internal database, initial screening and scheduling interview. So, it is cost effective.

CONS

It can be more user friendly. Few features like offer release and upload can be added to maintain the record of candidates offer.

10/10 I would give for this ATS. I have used this ATS and there are multiple options avilable to use, Also can track the candidate information and bulk upload resumes option and we can get candidate contact infor through their Extensions.

Excellent and Clean

PROS

I liked that you can create a custom pipeline for your desired workflows. Also the fact that you can use the extension to find contact information through various sites. Also the grading system for candidates is a nice touch. Overall the software is pretty easy and intuitive to use.

CONS

No complaints. I am fairly new to the software but so far so good.
