It's a great tool to set and share your goals and productivity progress. Sharing high 5's can be fun too.

As an employee that used this, it made the Boss/Employee relationship awkward.

I was forced to use this for a while at a previous job and found that it interrupted my workflow, wasted my time, and was generally a nuisance.

15Five alone makes this platform entirely amiable in all perspectives. I can't see any part of this platform that made me dislike any features.

I really appreciate the reminders to complete my weekly analysis. The tips that guide you in the software are a nice touch.

15Five is as effective as you implement it. With proper implementation, it can be a fantastic tool for team morale and performance reviews.

UX is good, quality is good. Modules integration is smooth.

Where there is options to  compare the data from other coworkers to see if we are having the same problems.

15five has a lot of what we are looking for in creating a high morale workforce. Custom integrations with an API is a big bonus for me.

User: A great tool for giving a quick update on my tasks and projects at the end of each week. Its like a log of my activity, challenges, decisions and outcomes.

Helps in giving an insight on where the company stands in a particular week, apart from performance ad revenue evaluation annually or semi-annually.

Reminders, good questions, ease of use , able to encourage colleagues.

Overall, it has been a good experience. Its easy to use and requires little onboarding.

Employees can talk about how their week went and what they want to see improve/change at the company. This is an easy way for the leadership team to get a pulse on how employees are feeling.

So far so good,getting this app was the best relieve as it has enabled me and the company to kmonitor and mantain our teamwork. Teamwork in investigations is the most crucial element of success.

15Five is great at helping the communication between my manager and I. It provides a quick and easy way for me to log information related to my work, questions, thoughts, or feedback.

If the company and/or manager truly invests in reading and responding to each 15:5 report, the improvement in team focus is measurable.

The price plans of 15Five are also reasonable. I personally like the software very much.

Navigation on the site as a user can be difficult since many pages are hidden from you. This forces you to find certain pages in odd ways.

Annoying that when I add items for the week that I did not submit the week before, I cannot comment on them and they are pre-checked as done.

Enough key features are missing that we end up having to product a word/ppt doc alongside our 15Fives.

I like that it is easy to use and it connects you with the company. You  can offer suggestions and it helps upper management hear what you have to say.

I like the ability to be able to fill in weekly feedback where you can reflect on the week but also plan your next week in advance to help give structure.

Overall the software is  fabulous and put simply it just works. During the pandemic we test it quickly and deployed it with a lot of staff furloughed.

What I like is the live chat support you provided. Rapid response and efficient problem solving advice.

There are a lot of settings and I was a bit confused when I started about what they all meant.

Very cost effective and covers all our leave and sick leave easily and transparantly.

Syncing the data can be challenging at times and does not always work. Everytime you do a new shit you need a new link.

I love how easy this program is to use, it is cost effective for the business. The team love how simply it is to read and that they get notifications of changes so everyone is aware of this.

The limitation of the software in terms of access and and permission is confusing.

The main problem is when staff put in there hours. If they put in 9  - 5 with an extra gap or any other minor error it will not feed through onto the summary.

The only issue we had with the app was that some employees got signed out when they went into their app on their phone. Not sure if this was a phone version problem or not.

Very easy to use and fantastic for communicating with staff for shifts.

It provides the perfect platform for organising all of our staff and easy to make changes.

My staff appreciate having their schedules accessible at their fingertips, and they are notified if any changes are made to existing schedules. That way, we are confidant they are always up to date.

The scheduling software is outstanding. The ability to match clients against staff members with ease and the ability to colour code makes scheduling simple.

It's also bothersome that you can't make requests on the phone app and you must log into the website.

I could see hours and costs on my previous roster platform, and hide them from the printed version. I can't do that with findmyshift, at least not to my knowledge.

Ease of use, the look is great and to add other users is easy.

The system is easy to use, everybody can just login in where ever they are. And great value for money.

Ease of use for managers and staff,  simple, quick,  accurate enough to save money with processing wages,  works with integrated time clock,  excellent reporting and communications.

The ability to easily amend to bespoke with the help of the support team, adding extra functionaility. The ease of being able to see all the planning required up to 20 weeks.

System is so easy to set up - integrates with Xero.

Good - it would be great to integrate with other systems - not sure this is possible.

I have used find my shift for many years now, I love the ease of it and how the staff can access it on their phones.

This software is incredibly easy to use and my favourite function is the ability to delegate facility areas so we can clearly see which departments the staff are working in.
