The staff love the ease of clocking in and out too. It integrates well with our other systems.

7shifts and 7tasks offers many great tools to better manage employees. My favorite features are, the free app for employees, the simplistic UI, and the well organized statistics.

When people can chat too easily, they will often abuse the system--something that was avoidable in the pen and paper days.

I recently had some problems with our information transferring from Square to 7Shifts.

We like the app were we can pull it up on our phones to check schedules and it also integrates with our POS system so we can see what time an employee punched in or if they haven't arrived.

What I like most is the ease of use. It makes scheduling so much easier and gives staff members the ability to make changes on their own.

Customer service has been helpful and the access is of the app has been very user friendly for our company.

Overall, it’s been a HUGE time saver,  or to mention a BIG money-saver. Both wins for us in the restaurant industry.

I liked the messaging platform it had for teams. I enjoyed the ease of seeing team member roles.

Great for managing staff, and perfect for managing payroll and labour costs.

Sometimes the notifications will mess up and I won’t know when my schedule is released or when an upcoming shift is about to start.

It is great because we have two buildings and it is easy to view and user friendly. I love how easy it is to book time off and to move shifts around.

7shifts makes communication too easy, something that can be abused by both management and the team.

Team loves the autonomous features that give them control off requesting shifts and time off. Management loves how easy it to publish weekly schedules.

The only problem I have with the app is the inability to alter time punches for my employees. I have to open a web browser to do that, it would be convenient if I could use the app for that as well.

The setup is easy, maintenance is seamless, and the visibility into costs is very helpful in making decisions.

The cost is great and the ease to reach the staff is perfect.

My overall experience is fantastic. I love this software it has my life so much easier.

Extremely intuitive with almost zero learning curve. The help widget is amazing, you actually get a quick and helpful response.

Honestly, the thing that makes isolved worth it is their customer service. They are quick to respond to issues that come up and are always happy to help.

It cost more money to have iSolved than it would (including risk) of having paper time cards.

We had been with Paychoice, then Sage, then Isolved. Launch was terrible with no help.

None of that matters if no one can help when a problem arises.

Customer service blamed THEIR in-house mistakes on us. Just a MISERABLE experience at every turn.

The check stub viewing app, while integrated into the mobil app, requires the use of a completely different login and stupidly complex password.

I solved is a great HRIS tool to integrate and streamline hiring, onboarding, payroll and benefits all in you place.

I am very pleased and feel I am getting a great value for my money.

It was a product that had integrated several partner products into one, which always means glitches and problems as information is translated from one system to another.

Basically, we were never able to use the product but were required to pay for an entire year.

That we are able to put our employees information into, so it stores it safely.

How complicated to run reports, how difficult it was for employees to use.

They completely ignored this request, not responding to it at all.

Did not provide any demos because I was told that they will switch me and then train me. The data converted was a mess and the implementation team did absolutely no research on our company.

Netsuite is a bottomless pit of despair. Getting help shouldn't be so hard.

We love that the iSolved platform integrates HR/PR functions and that employees and supervisors are empowered to make basic selections/entries.

ISolved is a great system and I love that there are new updates all the time.

The software is robust enough to create and manage all of your employee benefits.

I have employees who have not received a paycheck, no response from iSolved and no assistance from them either. It is the absolute worst.

Our payroll company was bought by iSolved this past year & the transition was a NIGHTMARE. We have already transitioned to a new company because their customer service is horrendous.

Months with various tax issues and no follow up costing us fines with a neighboring state. We have wasted so much time just trying to get people to call or email us back.

The contract only allows a small window to cancel the service. If you miss your window, you will be paying for an entire additional year.

ISolved lends well to quick and efficient implementations. The Payroll processing component is user friendly (for the most part) and helps our clients streamline their payroll processes.

Overall, we are very satisfied with the software and the customer service that we have received from the software.

Saying you need to authenticate yourself after working for 3-4 weeks. Very frustrating and time consuming.

The software is difficult to use on a smartphone.

Have to login multiple times to access my payroll. Waste of my time and very frustrating.

Not easy at all to transfer my records from their system to my system when you leave their company.

My accountant is completely baffled at the poor job they have done- the mistakes are simply inexcuseable.

One of my biggest problems has been billing. I was charged 800.00 in one month for two payroll runs.
