Pros/Cons
Pros
- Great, easy to use, great options for customization. Effective and responsive customer service.
- It keeps our communication all in one place and allows us to easily look at the week at a glance. Our employees love the ease of use and as managers we love that they actually use it.
- As marketing manager, it's helpful for me to see the calendar so I can plan events and promotions around those that are interested in helping.
Cons
- The only problem I have with the app is the inability to alter time punches for my employees. I have to open a web browser to do that, it would be convenient if I could use the app for that as well.
- I recently had some problems with our information transferring from Square to 7Shifts.
- Sometimes the notifications will mess up and I won’t know when my schedule is released or when an upcoming shift is about to start.
Pros
- TimeClock is perfect for people that need an accurate way to look at all of their working hours and clock in an out with ease. It is a perfect software to use with employees and it is so easy to do.
- Seamless Integration with our ERP - Infinite Visions has been a big labor saver. The ease of the use of the product for end users is pretty good, with a modern, well designed UI.
- Overall, support is great. The product is solid and my clients like the reports they can generate about their employees time.
Cons
- I was not properly explained how licensing was charged, invoiced, given no explanation of charges when you ask and the money was withdrawn from my account.
- On a few occasions software was slow to load or did not load at all. May have been a problem locally.
- Also, I'm not sure if it is with my program in particular, but one personal dislike that I have is that it logs you out too soon. I could use a little more time with the site before it logs me out.
