- Absorb has made it easy to use their tool for both our internal and external customers. The ease of use provides the learner with a positive user experience.
- Along with ease of use, each window is crisply design to feel innovative and supportive.
Cons
- When assigning courses you can only assign to a whole or sub-department, you can exclude.
- My biggest disappointment was that that the multi-tenancy or segregating by departments did not function as we expected causing us to have to adjust our offering and prices for clients.
Pros
- This software is user friendly. Being the administrator isn't hard either because ClickTime has an excellent support team that takes out time to listen and help to the best of their ability.
- As an administrator I find the program to be very straight forward and user friendly. Every time I call in to get help or ask a question they are professional, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.
Cons
- For the tool to be complete, I believe that a simple document manager is missing, such as the possibility of attaching the contract/proposal in the project register.
- Requires upgrade, which is time consuming and costly. Obligation to chose client before assignement is a drawback.
