When assigning courses you can only assign to a whole or sub-department, you can exclude.

My biggest disappointment was that that the multi-tenancy or segregating by departments did not function as we expected causing us to have to adjust our offering and prices for clients.

Absorb has made it easy to use their tool for both our internal and external customers. The ease of use provides the learner with a positive user experience.

This is not the most intuitive product to use. It is not typo-friendly (which is bad for someone with dyslexia).

Along with ease of use, each window is crisply design to feel innovative and supportive.

It looks good, works well (has a few bugs they are actively working on), and does almost everything we need as a company.

Resources don't have a thumbnail- makes them look empty/incomplete. No place for text on the home dashboard.

Great ability to deliver bespoke courses to customers and internal staff. Easy to use and deliver amazing interactive learning experiences.

Ease of importing courses from various types of APIs.

Also, dashboards of repotting have various column options that make it difficult to see information in one place.

Absorb LMS is exactly what we needed to streamline our training deliver consistently and reliably. Learners love the ease of use and our admins love the reporting.

However, with their APIs and direct database connections we have succeeded.

Most of all, the people we have had the pleasure to work with from onboarding, professional services, account management, client success have all been absolutely wonderful.

It is a bit difficult to generate a filtered transcript. There are a lot of filters to choose from so it can be somewhat overwhelming.

This LMS is the best or near the top of providers and tools if you use instructor-led and online learning. For the pricing, you won't find a better tool.

Easy to use with a straight forward interface.

All of the support team has been great to work with. The help desk tickets we have submitted have all been resolved in 24 hours or less.

It's  structure is boring and most bothersome part is that it allows only few file formats.

It has more features and is more sophisticated than Google's tool for surveys. It's integration with MailChimp is a top feature.

Inability to change your survey after it has been submitted can be frustrating for some users who made a mistake in their feedback.

I have realized that Surveymonkey helps me and my team to better understand the metrics that we plan our work around. It’s very easy to use and pleasant to set up.

That's something I hate about it, first you waste your 2 3 minutes telling them who you are, and then they just put a small message on blank screen that you're not qualified.

Customer Support, when you pay for the top tier, is responsive and polite. Other than that, this whole service is for the birds.

Overall surveymonkey is good. It has good integrations with other software too.

We used to use Survey Monkey every three months to send out survey for our transformation challenge (our community would vote on whom should win) it is easy to use with lots of great features.

Suddenly, the $5/month option was nowhere to be found. Horrible way to rip people off just as they are frustrated enough to get their survey out.

At times if your signal is weak your and your survey is interrupted i have lost infirmation and needed to start all over again.

I love that they offer a very generous free version to help you get started if you're just starting out on a low budget and then you can grow your account as needed. That is something I value highly.

Our only recourse is to dispute the charge through our credit card company. This was beyond disappointing.

Overall, I like the features they provide and getting creative with my surveys, I am just not a fan of the pricing.

I like this software ,its a great way to communicate and stay up to date with the pandemic and donate to organazations for a great cause.

Overall, this is a good product. The biggest pro of this software is the ease of use and ability to easily share with others to complete the survey.

It could be difficult to go back and forth and it required time and patience to go back and forth if I accidentally messed something up.
