  • Pros

  • The integrated chat is extremely useful, with very competent people answering all your questions with great detail and in a short time.
  • On the face of it this looks like great software but unless you are more bespoke trained in the software I doubt you will get the value you can from it.
  • Cons

  • Sometimes chat can seem impersonal when an article is dumped in the conversation after having spent a little while writing a problem up. No customer feedback for layout/build as of yet.
  • Reports sometimes a little confusing and limited, perhaps add the element of pie charts. Org chart not very flexible.

  • It is easy to start using the kickserv system, especially since they have such a phenomenal support staff.
  • The help desk is super responsive. The software is really quite intuitive, and the time to get it up and running with the help desk's help is only a few days.
  • Cons

  • Doing invoices, when you forget to select the purpose of the job (Labor, material, etc) you end up losing the information and then you have to go back to notes to put it back in.
  • Once a contact is in, I can't edit the contact information, which is a pain when we have multiple customers from the same overall client company.
