  • Pros

  • The pricing is attractive, and the capabilities of the product are very, very good.
  • Applicant tracking system and onboarding system has been very helpful. It is easy to navigate and very user friendly.
  • Great for a smaller size company. Good user interface and easy for new users to learn.
  • Cons

  • Unless you invest in the enterprise option, it is somewhat limited in customization. Sometimes it was slow in getting assistance from a technical standpoint.
  • We are a mid-small company - any bigger might be limited to the features available.
  • There really hasn't been anything I don't like about the product.

  • I love that the tool integrates seamlessly with Greenhouse and WorkforceNow, that it's easy to use, that it's visually appealing and customizable.
  • I have been using it for a while and so far it does a good job of an HR tool, I am overall happy with it.
  • I've implemented Sapling twice and found it easy to use and with a good CS rep, it'll go smoothly and your questions will be answered quickly. Once everything is set up, it's super easy to use.
  • Cons

  • The comments section and tasks sections was stuck and I had to refresh. Lost my comments and had to re-enter.
  • In getting up and running, the directive on how to load historical data from the employee perspective was vague.
  • I have seen issues where signed candidate documents are wiped, requiring new hires to resign the documents.
