I think most users would find it quite easy and simple to use, which should not be taken for granted. Partnering with Adepto has been great - they have lots of talented people working for them and they are able to help us get the most out of the software. There are fairly regular product updates, and they listen to their customers about where we think they should develop

There are just a few features missing, which would help HR teams when using it - such as being able to search talent pools, or see which different talent pools a candidate is in.

Overall Adepto is an okay system with a solid base I think it just needs fine tuning with some features I mentioned in the Cons section to elevate it to the next level.

Easy to cycle people through the process. The interested/not interested function is great. Messaging within the system is useful. New network jobs link is brilliant.

Logs out far too frequently after inactivity. The search function doesn't allow for Boolean (registers 'OR' & 'AND' as search terms). Would be useful to have a search in job function as opposed to scrolling through each job as this becomes a real task finding one candidate in high volume jobs. Mail shot function could be very useful.
