Pros/Cons
Pros
- Being able to collaborate with timekeepers from across the country on different processes is vital and an amazing part of this program.
- User friendly, Good utilization for resources, Easy to Use - Background Check.
- I like that all resources are easy to access for employees.
Cons
- Nothing much everything is good. There is nothing which we can all as complain or problem.
- Cons are sometimes the app doesn't load and has tech difficulty, but it's rare.
Pros
- We continue to look for opportunities to leverage this to our advantage. The level of customer service and availability of helpful resources is by far the best we have experienced.
- I love many features about Paylocity. The ease of use is outstanding and the dedicated customer support is fantastic.
- We love the mobile capability for our team. Most features are accessible from smartphones, which helps our technicians in the field.
Cons
- Implementation was a disgrace. Our first implementation consultant disappeared and no one knew where she went.
- Reporting can be a struggle since many standard reports from Paylocity involve merged cells without one single row of data. Customer service is very hit or miss depending on responds to the requests.
- Customer service is horrendous. We were told we would have an "Account Manager" That indicated to me that I'd have one person who answer my emails or phone calls.
