Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • I love that my job uses this for our time clock. I can clock in and out, keep tabs on my hours, and request time off all from my dashboard.

  • It is easy to use and has many different features.

  • Cons

  • I wish they had a better feature for 1099 reporting but other than that it's a great product.

  • ADP does cost a bit, but the easy of use is totally worth it for us. The other annoying thing is that someone is constantly calling to sell us more services.

  • Pros

  • I like the fact it can do pretty much anything you need it to do.

  • I like how everything is neatly organized and easy to find. I also like how you can customize your screen to show only what you need to avoid screen clutter.

  • Cons

  • Cost per user was a but high, but understandable.

  • Call center implementation is very expensive, but you also get what you pay for. More recently there are bugs of users numbers not routing correctly.
