"When I am finished approving timesheets and I log out of that area, when I click on RUN PAYROLL, I get an error message saying I DON'T HAVE APPROVAL FOR THIS PROCESS, so I have to log out and log back into Run and then I can process payroll. "

"They lost a three-year customer because of the lack of response, lack of accountability, failure to resolve money owed for more than a year, aggressive attempts to sell additional services while existing problems remained unresolved, and finally canceling my account without my authorization. If Paychex put the same effort into resolving customer problems as it puts into selling customers additional products, I might still be a customer."

"That you are kind of left in the dark to figure it out yourself, Paychex should have each trainer reach out to its customer in a timely manner to train their customer and not have sign up buttons a month after using the product for zoom meetings that teach you NOTHING!"
