Pros/Cons
Pros
- The platform is very robust and easy to use. The portal is wonderful for searching for records.
- Ease of use, very intuitive and clean. Flexibility is key and having the ability to make changes and adjustments as needed is very important.
- It is really easy to use and has a lot of features that help you find any information needed. Its friendly use and the reports are awesome.
Cons
- The amount of limitations on what your password can be is very annoying. It is even more annoying when I don't have enough attempts to change my passwords before I am locked out.
- I am being charged for services that I didn't even get to use. Every time I turn around I am having to give them more and more.
- Sometimes the layout can be confusing, and when the layout changes it's hard to get their update messages to go away once you get p to speed on where everything is.
Pros
- Definitely happy with it and very useful. It's great to have the option to use the time card feature on my computer.
- The system is easy to use and is full of helpful information to ensure our business is on track and compliant. There are helpful FAQ's that allow you to navigate to any report you need.
- Love that it keeps up with the time. Facial recognition has been integrated for the users and that is wonderful.
Cons
- 3 Weeks after cancelling no one called and they had the audacity to not only try and bill us but add charges because they tried to pull from our bank for payroll and we cut them off.
- Therefore, the PTO is always wrong. The option is available to take the PTO off of pay stubs, but the wrong amount of PTO is still visible on everyone’s individual accounts.
- The value of the product for features offered and lack of customer service provided is unacceptable when newer offerings are available.
