The biggest benefit, however, is the dedicated HR Business Partner that comes with the service. The guidance and support provided are consistently helpful, and I always receive the assistance I need in a timely manner. #### Cons The only challenge I’ve experienced with ADP TotalSource is navigating the reporting section, as the wide variety of reports can make it difficult to quickly locate the specific report I’m looking for, which can occasionally result in wasted time.
