You can view your pay stubs right on the app. Setting payroll every week is a breeze and customer service is amazing.

Worst customer service ever. Have to call multiple times to get an answer and 95% of the time they give you completely incorrect information.

To my understanding, my company stopped using it because it was costing it too much money. We decided to go with another software called BambooHR.

ADP is easy to use software that helps simplify our needs as an every growing company. ADP makes it easy for us.

The only thing that I had a problem with was logging onto their system. It would take you to various other ADP sites.

We keep getting late notices for non-payment from the unemployment services office (which ADP is supposed to pay on time). Employees pay was randomly changed without our notice.

It's a very good payroll software. I punched in and out accurately and I could view my time track online.

Great experience with ADP TotalSource and their customer service team is terrific too.

The customer service and support has been good and the implementation and set-up went smoothly. It does everything it was expected to and does have some nice reporting functionality included as well.

I think overall it is a good investment for the company. Even though it does seem expensive.

The look is a bit clunky. It can be very difficult to navigate at times and finding features not regularly used can be very difficult.

The ease of the mobile is a great plus as well. Integrated well with internal system.

Overall, I am highly satisfied with the product and all the features that are available to use.

Its pretty intuitive and natural when navigating. It's the first payroll system I've used that integrates company articles into the interface which is pretty nice.

If a person has had ADP prior to sign up it pulls forward old pay statements which can be confusing while making you make a new username.

ADP Total Source is one of the top names in PEO for small businesses. It is easy to use for both the employer and the employee and keeps all of the important information organized and close at hand.

Great product make recruiting easy and organized. Worth the money for our use.

It integrated well with our other systems and software.

I like the fact that this software makes things easy to change. It's super easy to navigate and if I update my address or if I want to change my benefits it's super easy to use.

Sometimes we have problems with synchronization, the application on the phone does not synchronize and the time is calculated poorly.

The integration with QuickBooks and ADP is nice as well.

The ease of use is amazing, love the app for my crew, GPS tracking is awesome, and it makes my job easier to manage crew time.

Software is very easy to use and user friendly with help of video tutorial provided within the platform and it is i can say one of best GPS and time tracking software.

Overall, I was happy with the system. It allowed us to gain control and have visibility over when and where people were clocking in and out, which previously had not been monitored or controlled.

The layout is easy and intuitive. The ability to be mobile is fantastic.

Nothing special to keep me using the app, just grew bored and lazy of experimenting with this type of things.

I'm still unsure about ClockShark's billing. Our hourly staff turnover is relatively high and getting charged for a month of services for a person who left after three days seems costly.

There have also been times when an employee clocks in or out on their mobile app and it doesn't sync with the program. Most of the time this happens in locations with poor cell or internet service.

The gps tracking feature is great when you have an employee out in the field who has mechanical issues...he/she can be easily tracked to quickly receive any help needed.

The reports generated are amazing which helps you give a better insight into your business and makes Payroll day so much more easy.

The greatest quality of the app is the customer service and the flexibility the app provides to both the company and the employees.

Again, we chose it for it's ease of use and ability to interface with our software. THANKS TO CSR for helping me with today's request; well done.

The GPS functionality is the amazing part. Having that combined with an updated time card system is great.

They are polite and on top of things and even check in with us to ensure we are having the best experience possible.
