If you switch between this and the other software ADP provides its is very confusing as both of the login platforms are extremely similar and confusing to employees.

It’s been great so user friendly and comprehensive. I can see anyone with any sort of experience and in any position loving this software.

This software is designed with security and ease of use as top priority. It allows users to be confident with important Online information and simple log in procedures.

Easy to use with most of the important elements placed in one portal. Useful for doing taxes as they have integration with some of the tax filing systems.

The website is clean and the home page gives you a great overview of your personal work-related info. Things like PTO, benefits, paychecks, etc are all easily accessible.

I've had one or two problems with logging in over time, and once had a problem with resetting my password for some reason. That were the only 2 issues I've had when accessing WorkforceNow.

I love that employees can check on their paystubs and benefits on this software as well. I also love how fluid and easy it is to do payroll now.

What I like most about this product is that its user friendly and cost affordable.

The Healthcare portion is terrible when it comes to setting up new hires. The team in charge has poor communication with management and doesn't not inform them of when they should expect their forms.

I also dislike that our user names have to be so long and complex with capitals. It is a pain to remember.

It’s a great great way for employees to track their hours. I have been on other HR systems before this is the most user friendly.

I love how intuitive it is for employees and managers to use the system. I also like the fact it integrates with Microsoft 365.

We needed reports and the ability to view the year at a glance. All delivered at a great price.

We loved that it streamlined our HR department as we're a new startup so we could use all of the help we could get. It's easy to use from both a management and an employee perspective.

I also like the ease of the Backfill option as it is quick and when I am printing out the balance balances it is easy to read and the history as well.

We had a problem last year where all data was erased in February- we lost current employee data and terminated employees were back in the system.

The support at Appogee Leave is fantastic. They are always responsive and so helpful.

Shame it doesn't provide team calendars in Outlook, which for me will be a factor when I come to review renewing my contract.

It also allows us to see at a glance who is out on any given day, which helps us allocate our resources to better service our clients.

Ease of use and the price are the things we like best. Just login and submit days off.

The only complaint I would have is the UI/UX for the admin can be a little clunky.

We are very happy with it, especially the integration with Google calendars.

Overall I have use AppogeeLeave at 2 companies now and love the platform. One company used Gmail the other O365 and the platform integrated great with both of them.

We replaced a legacy system and cut our IT costs by doing so. We also achieved synchronisation of holidays and sick leave with our Office365 calendars.

Appogee Leave is a cloud-based absence management solution designed to help small to midsize businesses track and monitor employee's presence for on-site or remote working. Features include sick leave tracking, employee directory, reporting and customizable branding. 


The application enables managers to handle vacation requests, receive reminders to approve/reject leaves via email and update team calendars with newly approved leaves through the dashboard. Stakeholders can use Appogee Leave to set up annual or accrual allowance policies for various types of leaves such as maternity, jury service, compassionate leave and more. Additionally, employees can use self-service portals to send time-off requests with supporting reasons to managers, monitor pending leaves and check the allowances granted.
