"If you get locked out or forget your password it doesn't let you reset it yourself, you have to contact your HR thru your employer and that's not Always an option during the times I would be in need due to my funky hours"

"The system itself can feel really clunky and rigid—simple tasks take way too many clicks, and trying to pull a custom report is a total nightmare if you don't know exactly what you're doing. Plus, once you're done setting it up, the customer support is a maze; you usually end up dealing with a general call center instead of a dedicated person who actually knows your account."
