Pros/Cons
Pros
- It is comforting to know ADP Workforce Now is 100% reliable. I am always confident the payroll process will run effortlessly and efficiently.
- I also like the ease of using the reporting feature to build, edit reports you your own specification is great. I also like the standard Batch of PR reports that’s provided.
- It’s been great so user friendly and comprehensive. I can see anyone with any sort of experience and in any position loving this software.
Cons
- If you switch between this and the other software ADP provides its is very confusing as both of the login platforms are extremely similar and confusing to employees.
- I've had one or two problems with logging in over time, and once had a problem with resetting my password for some reason. That were the only 2 issues I've had when accessing WorkforceNow.
- The Healthcare portion is terrible when it comes to setting up new hires. The team in charge has poor communication with management and doesn't not inform them of when they should expect their forms.
Pros
- I'm not a photoshop master, so Canva has been a godsend. Can create creatives for all needed areas of business and the formatting they have is awesome.
- I love how they make it super easy to create graphics for anything marketing related. With their pro version it saves colors and fonts which makes it very nice.
- Excellent - definitely very comfortable using, excellent and innovative ways to create resumes. It'll be the only thing I use to do that from now on.
Cons
- For instance, if I have text, a picture, and a box shape to outline the text, it can be extremely frustrating to move them around without accidentally moving the wrong item.
- There are no features missing, i feel it's very complete when you pay the subscription. When you are a free user you have a limited set of tools at your disposal.
- If I had to complain about something, I’d say the amount of screens I have to go through when I open it can be a little frustrating.
