Pros/Cons
Pros
- It’s been great so user friendly and comprehensive. I can see anyone with any sort of experience and in any position loving this software.
- I also like the ease of using the reporting feature to build, edit reports you your own specification is great. I also like the standard Batch of PR reports that’s provided.
- It is comforting to know ADP Workforce Now is 100% reliable. I am always confident the payroll process will run effortlessly and efficiently.
Cons
- I've had one or two problems with logging in over time, and once had a problem with resetting my password for some reason. That were the only 2 issues I've had when accessing WorkforceNow.
- If you switch between this and the other software ADP provides its is very confusing as both of the login platforms are extremely similar and confusing to employees.
- The Healthcare portion is terrible when it comes to setting up new hires. The team in charge has poor communication with management and doesn't not inform them of when they should expect their forms.
Pros
- From documentation to payroll I can tell the experience is very pleasant and Deel really helps here and deliver a very good experience overall.
- Customer success team and support were great and we've always had a good experience with them.
- Overall, the service is excellent, the customer services and the features are amazing, being a digital nomad and having to travel a lot, Deel helps me keep track of my work and clients.
Cons
- Nothing short of bad, a road full of hiccups and disaster. It was so bad that <2 months in we started looking at switching to another provider.
- The whole thing is simply terrible. They seem to have cool features and options but they don't really work as they should so there's that.
- Takes the burden off employers to hire globally.
