If you switch between this and the other software ADP provides its is very confusing as both of the login platforms are extremely similar and confusing to employees.

It’s been great so user friendly and comprehensive. I can see anyone with any sort of experience and in any position loving this software.

The website is clean and the home page gives you a great overview of your personal work-related info. Things like PTO, benefits, paychecks, etc are all easily accessible.

I've had one or two problems with logging in over time, and once had a problem with resetting my password for some reason. That were the only 2 issues I've had when accessing WorkforceNow.

I love that employees can check on their paystubs and benefits on this software as well. I also love how fluid and easy it is to do payroll now.

Having the dashboard reports and various visualisations was terrific in helping communicate, highlight and illustrate progress or problems at speed and kept us on course.

If you miss one weekly reflection you loose the tasks you did two weeks ago, therefore you need to go back and look for them.

Very responsive company. Great value for all of the features that support OKR tracking and implementation (progress, collaboration, communication, tracking, etc.).

Our team really likes Koan's ease of use, ability to quickly see at a glance where you stand with OKRs, and the focus on reporting.

The only thing I dislike is the inability to create better heirarchical flows with a matrix type organization.

In particular, the customer service response is both immediate and extremely helpful.
