Pros/Cons
Pros
- It’s been great so user friendly and comprehensive. I can see anyone with any sort of experience and in any position loving this software.
- I also like the ease of using the reporting feature to build, edit reports you your own specification is great. I also like the standard Batch of PR reports that’s provided.
- It is comforting to know ADP Workforce Now is 100% reliable. I am always confident the payroll process will run effortlessly and efficiently.
Cons
- I've had one or two problems with logging in over time, and once had a problem with resetting my password for some reason. That were the only 2 issues I've had when accessing WorkforceNow.
- If you switch between this and the other software ADP provides its is very confusing as both of the login platforms are extremely similar and confusing to employees.
- The Healthcare portion is terrible when it comes to setting up new hires. The team in charge has poor communication with management and doesn't not inform them of when they should expect their forms.
Pros
- Quick, efficient and extremely user friendly. We love the software and are really impressed with the customer service at Patriot.
- Compared to some of the bigger names out there in the accounting world, Patriot does it all at an amazing price point, with a super easy interface, and excellent customer support.
- Finding answers to my questions under the Help feature is great. The few times I've had to contact customer service, they were very helpful.
Cons
- You need 4 full business days before an actual pay, so: if I run payroll after noon on Monday, it's a problem; If there is a holiday in the week, it's a problem.
- The intergration of the data into quickbooks was terrible, and full of mistakes. Had to swith back to get my books to balance.
- I hated the lack of reports, unable to change paydate if date has passed, lack of free support, documentation, videos, customized reports.
