If you switch between this and the other software ADP provides its is very confusing as both of the login platforms are extremely similar and confusing to employees.

It’s been great so user friendly and comprehensive. I can see anyone with any sort of experience and in any position loving this software.

This is great for HR items as everything is on one place from commuter benefits to pay - and customer service is amazing.

Easy to use with most of the important elements placed in one portal. Useful for doing taxes as they have integration with some of the tax filing systems.

The website is clean and the home page gives you a great overview of your personal work-related info. Things like PTO, benefits, paychecks, etc are all easily accessible.

I've had one or two problems with logging in over time, and once had a problem with resetting my password for some reason. That were the only 2 issues I've had when accessing WorkforceNow.

I love that employees can check on their paystubs and benefits on this software as well. I also love how fluid and easy it is to do payroll now.

What I like most about this product is that its user friendly and cost affordable.

The customer support is really bad. It seems when ever there is a problem none of the departments  communicate the problem to each other.

I love using workforce now because our office uses them especially with doing payroll. We have been using this program for our payrolls and is the best.

The disruption to our staff has been unacceptable corporately and unsettling for them personally.

The Healthcare portion is terrible when it comes to setting up new hires. The team in charge has poor communication with management and doesn't not inform them of when they should expect their forms.

I also dislike that our user names have to be so long and complex with capitals. It is a pain to remember.

It’s a great great way for employees to track their hours. I have been on other HR systems before this is the most user friendly.

They have survey templates readily available so we don't even have to design the surveys anymore. It's very user friendly for employees to take the survey and the reporting is the best part.

It's also nice to be able to track our progress and responses over time.

I love that you have the chance to send surveys that are anonymous for employees and also surveys that are tied to that person specifically.

Leaders want to see a one pager with data cut several different ways.

No analytical skills required to analyse the reports, anyone can read and understand them.

Love Culture Amp - easy and methodical in using before, during and after. The visualizations are like people geek eye candy.

Culture Amp makes it easy to set up performance management and employee engagement activities. Their customer service is quick to respond to any questions we might have.

As we've been going through rapid growth, we've been sourcing and implementing a variety of new technologies.

As a not for profit I also love that it provides a fantastic survey platform for a fraction of the price- very rare to find these days.

CA is a great tool with simple and easy to use functionality. The reporting is excellent both in terms of the content it provides and the manner in which the data is presented back to us.

It's so important for employee wellbeing and company culture to invest time and effort into tools like this that can capture honest feedback.

I struggled from time to time with the tech but that is more about me.

The alternative would have been that we simply remained unaware of things that could have potentially boiled over if left unaddressed.

The UI is very intuitive and I love that we are able to get a sense for how employees feel about certain aspects. It allows us a greater view into what we need to improve as an organization.

Before CultureAmp, we were knee deep in comments with no additional insight; which put us in a terrible place. We'd given our employees a voice, but we didn't know who was speaking.

It's also extremely easy to manage and track access to your organization's report. Finally - the customer service is second to none.

We've learned so much about our staff. I also love all of the resources within the Culture Amp trainings.

The latest UI has also been a great improvement because it's easier to read the information than before.

And I expect this list to continue to grow). The customer service is excellent with a responsive team that talks to me like a real person.

They  quickly gained the trust of staff and leadership, providing an in depth survey, with robust benchmarking and analysis.

The integration with Slack helps a lot by notifying all the activities.
