If you switch between this and the other software ADP provides its is very confusing as both of the login platforms are extremely similar and confusing to employees.

It’s been great so user friendly and comprehensive. I can see anyone with any sort of experience and in any position loving this software.

Easy to use with most of the important elements placed in one portal. Useful for doing taxes as they have integration with some of the tax filing systems.

The website is clean and the home page gives you a great overview of your personal work-related info. Things like PTO, benefits, paychecks, etc are all easily accessible.

I've had one or two problems with logging in over time, and once had a problem with resetting my password for some reason. That were the only 2 issues I've had when accessing WorkforceNow.

I love that employees can check on their paystubs and benefits on this software as well. I also love how fluid and easy it is to do payroll now.

The Healthcare portion is terrible when it comes to setting up new hires. The team in charge has poor communication with management and doesn't not inform them of when they should expect their forms.

I also dislike that our user names have to be so long and complex with capitals. It is a pain to remember.

It also features an easy to implement job board that integrates with your web site. The licensing is very flexible and cost effective and minimal training is required.

When searching for a common name in the system, it could come up with hundreds of records. If I only have a name and no other information, this system makes it hard to identify the right one.

In addition to providing timely support as needed, they have also collaborated with us on several blog posts and podcasts for cross-marketing opportunities. We can highly recommend working with them.
