- The design of this product seems pretty lackluster. By nature this is a boring product but it’s ugly to look at.

- The software is easy to use, the interface is appealing, the reporting is excellent, and the customization is just what we needed. The price is fair and a great value for what you pay.
- The service and technical support I got the team was exceptional. The tool was so intuitive and easy to use and the way in which I could set it up to improve team performance was really valuable.
Cons
- Not so much the software ut I was a little it disappointed that I could not download the group analysis.
- Lack / awkwardness of distinguishing between self and peer reviewers.
