Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Best product on the market. I have used in several companies and it will always be my go to. Ease of use, excellent reports, customization as well, great customer service and support.

  • I love the fingerprint touch feature as well as being able to access your account anytime or anywhere.

  • Cons

  • While it's great that it updates to benefit users it's also frustrating because it locks everything down while that's happening.

  • The only thing that I don't like about the product is that it has a very steep learning curve. This is coming from someone who has a lot of experience with this software.

  • Pros

  • Ease of use. Clients love it. Robust self service.

  • I love all the available features. There is so much that can be done with this product.

  • Cons

  • I tried calling to get back into my account and nobody answered, on top of that their voicemail box was full so I couldn't even leave a message! Horrible

  • Everything!!! It took over a week for the system to even allow me to login. Took forever for customer service to even figure out why
