While the product is very good, Aha's customer service and support is far and away the best I have ever encountered, not only from software providers but pretty must across all walks of life.

So much flexibility in how you want to build out your roadmaps. Setting up workflows and custom fields/layouts to suite my organizations needs was super easy.

Aha! is an excellent tool for organizations looking to mature their product management processes.

Awsome support and help desk where it is easy to find information on the questions you have and very responsive customer support that are eager to help you.

Lack of Power Bi integration and no plan to schedule reports export.

It's the only product that actually helps me think through my strategy and links these models and timelines to tactics so that I can see progress against my objectives.

After getting used to it gives you ton of features to create stunning visualizations and project tracking on a very nice way.

The tool is creative and comprehensive, and it is always being tweaked and improved based on the feedback of their users.

We manage over 100 events a year and more than 40 sales people, so keeping them in the loop with our progress is great.

The navigation is also somewhat poor, and there are a handful of specific views that are hard to use, which is a point of confusion for many users.

Most importantly, it allows you to sync strategic planning with your operational tasks. The ability to highlight objectives/initiatives on the feature cards was extremely important.

Aha! brings clarity to my clients like no other tool I have used. There are other tools that do this or that but nothing is as easy to use and drives clarity for leadership in an organization.

Aha! can sometimes be buggy when typing up a new idea, the admin portal is messy and hard to navigate. It is difficult to search for particular items in the portal from the back end.

We have been extremely happy with the ease of use, overall features and value provided by Aha! for our roadmapping and project management needs.

Great integration with azure DevOps, great for tracking strategy goals, initiative and tie this together with release planning and features.

The support team is awesome. They are prompt, and work with you to provide a solution that fits your needs.

Everything works how you'd expect it to. It is EASY to use if you spend an hour or two looking at the help videos and basking in the glow of what an amazing product you're investing in.

The ideas portal is fabulous. Easy to configure, easy to use, and saves me hours of headaches trying to manage that.

I really like how easy it is to use and the ability to integrate with other tools. The Aha team has been great to work with.

The product itself is great and as a startup the special pricing package cant be beat.

But there is also plenty of other software in the world that does it. We did struggle a bit with the integration with Jira, but that's largely because of Jira deficiencies.

I also like that you can have an idea portal to solicit input from customers/end users. The investor presentation deck is also super useful.

Easy to use , mostly don't need help. Support is fantastic - never had a case open more than 10 minutes.

Not only me but my entire team is very satisfied with Aha! which is definitely a lovable product.

Sometimes it has problem with the loading time.

Customer support are quick to reply and very helpful. All in all, this is the best timesheet system I have used in 20+ years of running payroll.

The programme is great, the staff even enjoy using it and occasionally seeing how funny a face they need to pull in order for the administrator alert to be triggered.

It is expensive for a single user, there is no package for a single user if you are a freelancer, you need to pay for a minimum of 3 person.

We liked the ease of use that Jibble offered. It was so easy and quick to teach our employees how to use it.

Love the results I am getting on the Accountant side. Having our employee's track accurate times in or times out is saving us money.

The only problem I had was having to take a picture to clock in via mobile phone. I understand, however, that this is a security feature.

The usage indirectly impacts positively on productivity and is a perfect monitoring tool for staff.

Nothing about this program is bad. My employees easily use it.

With this app, we are able to do just that. We love how simple the app is and how easy it is to use.

We use it for taking attendance in chapel at our university. It does a great job of tracking who was there and the location services are great.

I really like how easy it is to use, and the level of customization.

We've used Jibble since we were on Slack and then moved to teams. The ease of use makes it an amazing tool for my org and there is simply no other competitor that is up so close.

With the Slack integration, it is easy to clock in and clock out without ever even having to leave Slack. It's PERFECT for our team.

We like that is super easy to jibble in and jibble out for all of our employees. The integration on Slack is definitely the main pro.

Missing feature to see in/out times of all employees of one full month in one place instead of work hours. To keep an eye on punctuality.

I liked the fact that I could login with slack,browser plugin or ios or android app and it was easy.

Jibble is the solution and frankly, no other software that I looked at got even close for ease of use and price.

So far our experience is really positive, especially the support that we received from the Jibble Team. It is very easy to reach out to them and they do provide you will top class customer service.

The User interface is easy to understand and work with and integrates with different application flawlessly.

We have great results using Jibble, we can better manage payroll because no one has reason why they can not log in or out using Jibble.

I love the automated reports that show who on my team is logged in, the reminders when you have been logged in for a certain number of hours each day, and the weekly team recap.

Jibble is great in it's simplicity, and the way it seamlessly incorporates extra features without becoming difficult for the user to navigate.

I love the web dashboard that gives me the ability to quickly see hour spent on projects. Seamless, easy to use, and the Jibble support team is extremely responsive.

The people who work in the customer service are very friendly and quick to resolve doubts.

I haven't found anything that I have been unhappy with.

I would say that I liked the price of this software the most, considering that it is very functional even at the free level.

Jibble is a very reliable platform to keep track of your employees daily time record! it is very easy to use and is accessible anytime, anyday, anywhere using your mobile phone.

Nothing really I can't think of something to complain about.
