What is AlignMark 360 Feedback?

AlignMark 360 Feedback is designed to help HR teams create, manage and collect structural feedback and reviews of employees. The survey administration and reporting module enables managers to handle survey presentations, rater groups, comment collection and more on a unified platform.

Features of AlignMark 360 Feedback are performance management, survey library, due date reminders, communication management, analytics and more. AlignMark 360

We are using 360s as a means to provide feedback to our senior leaders, and initiate development plans for those leaders. We are also using coaching services provided by Alignmark which I am incredibly impressed with.

Pros

The setup and implementation was easy. I worked directly with the company and they provided suggestions to make the 360 even more effective. The report is fantastic. It is robust, well laid out, and easy to follow. It is a great tool to begin the development process for our leaders.

Cons

nothing so far. I am very pleased with our experience

Great Product, Support and Functionality

Great customer support, easy process for employees and managers, seamless transition, good data and reporting available.

Pros

Integration went smoothly, little administration needed in-house, reports easy to identify and interpret.

Cons

Initially there were some limitations with the functionality due to not having e-mail addresses for surveys, but they were able to develop a work-around solution.
