AlignMark 360

We are using 360s as a means to provide feedback to our senior leaders, and initiate development plans for those leaders. We are also using coaching services provided by Alignmark which I am incredibly impressed with.

PROS

The setup and implementation was easy. I worked directly with the company and they provided suggestions to make the 360 even more effective. The report is fantastic. It is robust, well laid out, and easy to follow. It is a great tool to begin the development process for our leaders.

CONS

nothing so far. I am very pleased with our experience

Great Product, Support and Functionality

Great customer support, easy process for employees and managers, seamless transition, good data and reporting available.

PROS

Integration went smoothly, little administration needed in-house, reports easy to identify and interpret.

CONS

Initially there were some limitations with the functionality due to not having e-mail addresses for surveys, but they were able to develop a work-around solution.

Reasons for switching to AlignMark 360 Feedback

Previous product had limitations and required too much administration in-house.

AlignMark experiences

Very positive experience, the product itself and the reports are not too dissimilar to others I looked in to, the areas which set AlignMark apart are the service and follow up coaching to help our Managers and Leaders interpret the data set and feedback from a constructive point. The service team were approachable, adaptable to our needs, listened to our objectives and supportive helping us achieve them. Having the option to delpoy the survey and the coaching internationally was essential to us too.

PROS

Adaptable to our needs and tailored to our own organisations language for tiles and competency descriptions - where necessary.

CONS

Having seen all of the reports the feedback on next steps and blind spots was quite repetative, but this is not unexpected given that it is a software producing the report.

360 Assessments and One on one counseling

AlignMark was a pleasure to work with, from their sales staff to the implementor to the follow up counseling. This is a first class product with competent and qualified staff. The one on ones, which we had some reluctance in pursuing, proved to be the most valuable piece of this process. If you want to learn more about your own leadership and about those around you, work with AlignMark.

PROS

The survey was easy to complete. This was evidenced by over 90% of our staff completing the surveys. Some of this was their commitment, but also the ease of using the software.

CONS

I have no criticisms to make. This was a very positive experience overall.
