Cons: Initially there were some limitations with the functionality due to not having e-mail addresses for surveys, but they were able to develop a work-around solution. This is a first class product with competent and qualified staff. The one on ones, which we had some reluctance in pursuing, proved to be the most valuable piece of this process. If you want to learn more about your own leadership and about those around you, work with AlignMark. The service team were approachable, adaptable to our needs, listened to our objectives and supportive helping us achieve them. Having the option to delpoy the survey and the coaching internationally was essential to us too. We are also using coaching services provided by Alignmark which I am incredibly impressed with.
