"The lack of an easy-to-use API plugin (which is what we had with Paychex) is kind of baffling, and I was surprised to find that we as the end-user were tasked with interfacing with the QBO developer portal and assembling a compatible app for the GL import function (e.g. posting payroll journal entries)."

"the initial setup for us was difficult, the communication was lacking, we did not have the expertise to do this transition and relied on Alliance to guide us and ask the right questions. "
