Saved me TONS of time

Though it's not perfect, I can't give it anything less than 5 stars. I use it daily and, as I said, it saves me TONS of time. For LinkedIn search Recruiter is a better option now and probably will be. I can't imagine Microsoft losing here, more likely they will be doing everything they can not only to improve their own product but also to prevent competition from being as effective. Email/phone is hidden by default and you have certain amount of monthly reveals. I have 1000 and it's more than enough. If contacts are missing you can request AH to find candidates email or smth similar manually. Tried once to see how it works, worked fine - within 6 hours I received candidate's Skype and active email. Can't say much about product support, usually I can figure how things work on my own. And I can’t say anything about email integration because I use messengers for communication.

PROS

Built for hiring IT engineers: SW devs, DevOps, QA engineers. Powerful search engine: can search multiple fields (including comments!) with boolean of any complexity. Wider reach: Google heavily filters their search results. In most cases AH will find you profiles that Google will not show. Chrome extension: extends fb/linkedin/github/stackoverflow profile pages adding short skill summary, links to other profiles and useful piece of ATS functionality (tags, status, comments etc). Modern and pleasant UI.

CONS

Auto-tagging: sometimes system misses badly while guessing candidate strongest skills. A few times experienced problems with delayed, wrong or missing profile info. Can't search StackOverflow Developer Stories. Can’t search experience details on LinkedIn, Github status, etc. It hurts when I’m trying to search hot candidates who mention in their profiles that they are opened/looking for a job.

A perfect product for your tech hiring!

Overall, AmazingHiring is a great tool to search for technical candidates with an impressive AI search option. It makes it easier to find contact information such as personal and work emails which saves you from using expensive LinkedIn InMails.

PROS

AmazingHiring is a great product if you are looking to acquire tech talent like software engineers, data scientist, ML specialists, UI/UX designers, etc. The tech profiles are aggregated from various social networks including LinkedIn and professional communities like Github, Stack Overflow, Kaggle, Behance, Dribbble, in addition to 50+ sources. The AI sourcing solution is really effective and with just one click you get the results in the desired location. The search results can be sorted based on consolidated rating or Github commits, Kaggle rating, etc. In addition to AI search, they have a very intuitive, simple and convenient to use search bar with some great options to add or exclude conditions like keyword, company, title, etc. The search bar predicts the keyword as you type in and also suggest you more keywords that are likely to provide the desired result. The range of filters is awesome and the contact finder gives both personal (which is great) and professional email along with phone and Skype if available so you can control how you reach out to the candidates. Their machine learning algorithms verify tech talents expertise and the information I received for the candidates were quite interesting. The chrome extension is awesome. AmazingHiring also helps with data enrichment from an email address and you can update prospects’ data in your ATS as well as helps you to search candidate’s professional background right from your inbox.

CONS

The product is relatively expensive and they currently only have integration with Greenhouse and SmartRecruiters but I am hoping that they soon will have more integration at a better price.

I was trying AH for one month

It was one month a little short to have a good impression. But as far as I can say. If you want to have hires from all over the globe it will work fine.

PROS

The ways it gathers data from all different types of sources. Because of that, you can also view the candidates Github or different social media accounts There is also an option to ask AH to help you find a candidate's email address. I like that service.

CONS

It was not clear how it worked. Although for me. I had the feeling that the email addresses found by AH were old.

Reason for choosing AmazingHiring

Nope. We went for LinkedIn recruiter suite
