ATS is meh, but it's still great for candidate sourcing
Finding and starting a conversation with a candidate is very low friction compared to Linkedin
CONSThe applicant tracking system itself is very limited and doesn't support many integrations. We used the applicant sourcing, but managed the workflow elsewhere.

A good business platform but a bit risky
My experience wasn't satisfied with this platform because at the beginning I made a few mistakes that dropped me to gain maximum profits. Then I realised it is not suitable for me!
PROSEverything is ok, I like how this whole system works and manage the businesses. Investing in the right business will generate good enough profits no doubt. But have to be careful and you need a huge knowledge about trade and marketing.
CONSAngelList is not properly ready to become a market leader. The investor is at risk because the failure rate is high on AngelList.
Reasons for switching to AngelList
I was searching for more jobs and a way of earning more money, so I found Hired.

Great for company profile building, maybe not recruiting
AngelList is still outstanding for building and maintaining a public company profile. Use it for that rather than recruiting.
PROSThe AngelList community is generally the right group to engage with as a startup. It also has a distinct character as a piece of software, but that carries drawbacks as well.
CONSThe website just is not intuitive as a user. UX needs a serious boost. On top of that, the applicants we got for our job posting just were not high quality.
Reasons for switching to AngelList
LinkedIn applicants weren’t of the quality we needed. AngelList applicants were more startup focused, but, ultimately, we ended up relying on neither.
