Hier sind ein paar allgemeine Erfahrungen mit Aplano. Ich habe nur gute Erfahrungen mit Aplano gemacht. Die Plattform ist modern und benutzerfreundlich. Damit kannst du deine Mitarbeiter einfach und schnell einteilen und ihre Arbeitszeiten erfassen. Besonders praktisch ist die mobile App. Damit haben sowohl Planer:innen als auch Mitarbeitende jederzeit Zugriff auf aktuelle Schichten, Urlaubsanträge und Nachrichten. Die Einrichtung war unkompliziert und das System lässt sich schnell in den Arbeitsalltag integrieren. Aplano spart uns nicht nur Zeit, sondern reduziert auch Kommunikationsfehler deutlich, da alle Infos zentral gebündelt sind. Ich sehe ein paar kleine Verbesserungen, zum Beispiel bei der Flexibilität bei der Konfiguration und bei den Benachrichtigungen. Was ich besonders gut finde: Die Benutzeroberfläche ist modern, übersichtlich und selbsterklärend – auch neue Mitarbeiter kommen schnell damit zurecht. Die mobile App ist echt top, weil alle Funktionen auch mobil verfügbar sind, z. B. Schichttausch, Benachrichtigungen und Urlaubsanträge. #### Cons Und wir passen das Programm auch an, wenn du das willst. Ein paar kleinere Anpassungen in der Darstellung oder bei den Rollenberechtigungen wären echt hilfreich. Da fehlt noch ein bisschen Flexibilität. Benachrichtigungssystem: Die Push-Mitteilungen sind nicht immer zuverlässig. Die Anlage von Mitarbeitern ist durchdacht und ich finde es lobenswert, dass ich Dokumente zu den jeweiligen Mitarbeitern in deren Profil speichern kann.
