Occorre "legare" ciascun operatore ai "propri" utenti per creare e stampare il “foglio mensile degli interventi”. Da ciascun "foglio" si evince facilmente il nome operatore, il nome e l'indirizzo dell'utente/assistito, i servizi sociali comunali che ci hanno commissionato il servizio, le date giornaliere degli appuntamenti programmati nel mese di riferimento con i campi liberi dove indicare l'orario di entrata e di uscita, il totale delle ore giornaliere previste ed il totale delle ore mensili. Tali fogli vengono firmati sia dall'operatore che dall'utente quale conferma dell'avvenuta prestazione. Il foglio degli interventi và poi rendicotato, allegato alla fattura, ai Servizi Sociali del Comune committente #### Cons Per le nostre esigenze il software presenta anche funzionalità in più rispetto alle nostre esigenze. Cercando una APP sul Google Playstore, per errore, scaricammo questa applicazione che si è rilevata utile ed efficace. Il lavoro veniva un tempo effettuato tutto utilizzando dei semplici fogli excel con un notevole impegno di tempo e risorse umane.
