This is helpful as you can make dynamic decisions on how to spend your budget. Cons: The platform is not entirely intuitive. This led to an issue where we overspent on a job posting during our 1st week of implementation. However, the team was quick to respond and help rectify the situation. They listed to our needs and are helpful at offering solutions. They have even made suggestions that we didn't think about and put in to place. Cons: We only give a portion of our budget to Appcast so we're not really using it to its full capability. There is nothing to dislike so far. Reasons for choosing Appcast Offered a trial period, cost, business model Reasons for switching to Appcast Talent.com was not bringing us the applicants we needed. It was too new of a company that it didn't offer many features and we didn't get a lot of data regarding our postings and where they could be found. Appcast is very transparent with their data. It can handle high volume job postings, and meet your spend needs without sacrificing quality in regards to applicants. Cons: I have no complaints about the current software, but I would like to see some additional features as it would be helpful for my overall recruiting. For example, adding paid search for Google. It definitely generates lots of applications quickly. Great for low level roles and volume recruiting. Cons: There is no branding. We get a lot of meaningless applications but we still have to pay for them. It is not relevant for specialist or high level roles.
