I missed 7 applicants over the course of 6 months in a skilled trade field where skilled trade is already hard to come by. Applicant pro basically said whoops and offered a very poor compensation that was not beneficial. But hey as long as they get their $$$.... #### Ratings breakdown - Ease of use: 4/5 - Value for money: 1/5 - Customer support: 1/5 - Functionality: 4/5 #### Pros its works good when the manager doesn't turn off your notifications and turn on random disqualifying questions. missed 7 applicants in a skilled trade #### Cons Customer support is heavily lacking. Applicant Pro screwed me twice. 1) set unapproved disqualifying questions which allowed 2 seperate skilled technicians slip thru the cracks. 2) turned off notifications for applicants in which i had 5 applicants and i was never notified of them. Addressed the issue with my account manager and they basically said whoops. We love the simple set up and functionality as well as all it has to offer. We looked into different programs but this one does so much in one and for a great price. #### Cons I wish there was an easier way to filter and change statuses to track in some scenarios but we have found a way that works for us and are making the best of it. More importantly, it allows us to capture the largest amount of applicants we can. We are ALWAYS hiring to develop our large crews of 100+ people, so it's extremely helpful to be able to post and manage so many job ads at one time.
