Once you get past the initial learning curve, the system is capable and efficient, and having everything housed in one place has definitely streamlined our workflow."

"There are so many options to customize the system that it feels overwhelming and many of the appealing options get lost."

"If a candidate applies via Indeed, the Indeed "anonymous" email often comes across. If the candidate has applied to another company using ApplicantPro, we are unable to change the email address to their direct, non-Indeed email without requesting Support do it for us. If I have a candidate on the phone and want to send them something right then and there and check they received it, I often can't. "
