The system is very good for tracking applicants and integrates with hiring documents and background checks so overall, there's a smooth flow through the process.

I picked this solution because of the integration with Bamboo HR and that it made it easy to post to a variety of job boards. The selection of job boards is nice and varied.

Combine a pricing structure that doesn't break the bank with an amazing team that answers all my user questions and it's a winning combination in my book. Customer service is outstanding.

As a recruiter I do love this site for the amazing services they offer and the easy access to the database and applicant filter is really good.

The best part of this software is how it does such a great job at combining all aspects of my hiring process.

The integration features for HireForms and ISolved are great.

To be clear - this is not an ApplicantPro set back, but rather an internal struggle within my organization to move forward with technology.

The inability to refresh a job simply by updating the posting date. I'm sure this is due to the cross-posting functionality.

Some functions (reference checking, texting) are not enabled for us but still appear in my interface and give odd errors if I try to use them.

A lot of the templates that are in the program have so many spelling errors, grammatical errors.

JobVite is easy to pick up and use. Lots of bells and whistles-being able to integrate notes and data between LinkedIn Recruiter accounts and post to LinkedIn is a great feature.

I also like that the Jobvite posting is shared on other job boards. This improves the coverage for the posting and candidate outreach.

This is best applcation for  comprehensive talent acquision,It is very good software platform that someone can apply to get suitable and qualified candidates for particular positions.

Sometimes the layout on the back end can be confusing.

Additionally, the implementation model is a challenge, as there is no single person accountable to keeping the project on track.

The features seems good and easy to learn. This is highly recommended in all business and companies.

For the price of the system, it's a good option but it would not be my first choice at all.

I really appreciate the quick help I get from the Customer Support team, they are just simply awesome.

I love how easy it is to comb through applicants and how it links everyone up to one site where you can easily scroll and share.

It only took me a few extra clicks to figure it out, but this is a warning.

It's more modern than many ATS and I like the flexibility to build pipeline requisitions. Having a dedicated person in charge of our account is helpful as well.
