I love how intuitive it is for employees and managers to use the system. I also like the fact it integrates with Microsoft 365.

I have always loved the ease of use. Appogee is very user friendly and is easily taught to employees and supervisors.

We needed reports and the ability to view the year at a glance. All delivered at a great price.

We loved that it streamlined our HR department as we're a new startup so we could use all of the help we could get. It's easy to use from both a management and an employee perspective.

I also like the ease of the Backfill option as it is quick and when I am printing out the balance balances it is easy to read and the history as well.

We had a problem last year where all data was erased in February- we lost current employee data and terminated employees were back in the system.

The support at Appogee Leave is fantastic. They are always responsive and so helpful.

Shame it doesn't provide team calendars in Outlook, which for me will be a factor when I come to review renewing my contract.

It also allows us to see at a glance who is out on any given day, which helps us allocate our resources to better service our clients.

Ease of use and the price are the things we like best. Just login and submit days off.

The only complaint I would have is the UI/UX for the admin can be a little clunky.

We are very happy with it, especially the integration with Google calendars.

Overall I have use AppogeeLeave at 2 companies now and love the platform. One company used Gmail the other O365 and the platform integrated great with both of them.

We replaced a legacy system and cut our IT costs by doing so. We also achieved synchronisation of holidays and sick leave with our Office365 calendars.

The customer service is excellent. Time Tracker allows me to more easily capture and bill for the time spent by each member of my team.

I don't have anything negative to say as any negative is of my own fault of not keeping up weekly to fill in my time.

Time Tracker is quite easy to use and customize for the purpose of my time entry. It runs on a system that makes it easy to use and the format is not cluttered or messy, but seamless and clean.

It's a fairly good software to keep track of the employees work. There are benefits and disadvantages of the system like many do.

The best thing I like about this software is that I can easily generate an invoice with my logo so it looks personal and professional.

You do have to stop and start the timer if you are switching between devices. There is no page for all your timers.

I love the fact that you can set alerts or reminders, the time rounding functionality and the fact that I can customize my dashboard as needed. Free accounting is a big plus.

Integration with Apple suggested fills is fantastic. Makes time entry on the fly easy and promotes productivity capture.

I really like the ease of payroll approval. I also like the notifications of employees not clocking in on time.

Nice that is integrates with Quickbooks, but thats about it.

Limited features, unattractive design, sometimes glitchy.

Easy to use, great for backing up claims for add-services by being able to look up and print hours spent and why.

If you don't select the client first, it give you all sorts of warnings. There should only be a warning if you try to exit the software without filling out a field.

Free integrations is one of the positive things which is attracted to many users.I would recommend others to use the free trial and check if its worth for the price point.

I do like the time evaluation (billable/non-billable) and the ease of inputing projects and descriptions of work.
