  • Pros

  • The software is very logical and easy to use, but better than that is the customer service at APS. Everyone on their team is friendly and over-the-top helpful.
  • Help is an email or phone call away and my team are very responsive. Customer service is awesome.
  • Additionally, the employees of APS are fantastic to work with. The people of the company are the real gem that sets APS apart from the others.
  • Cons

  • Unfortunately, in my field, the hand scanning sensor gets dirty and isn't able to be cleaned easily. Also, we have wi-fi issues so the computers/tablets can be a struggle.
  • We have had some trouble with the eSign feature, where hourly employees are required to verify their payroll hour submissions and everyone must verify leave times.
  • Reporting does not have everything I look for and the report builder is hard to create custom reports. The scheduling feature is difficult to work with.

  • I love the design and the usefulness of every single feature. It helps me organize all my tasks and projects and keeps me super productive.
  • For a free option, it's fantastic and I highly recommend it for project management on a budget.
  • I love that each team member can be assigned tasks and the whole team can see where everyone is at with their specific tasks. I love the ease of collaboration.
  • Cons

  • I wish more of the aesthetic features were not restricted to those who pay a subscription. But that is a very minor complaint.
  • Because the text was automatically all highlighted when clicking on the box, I have accidentally deleted texts from description boxes before and was unable to recover it.
  • I did not find a serious con that made me dislike this product. The only negative side I can think of is that, given its structure, it may be hard to envision it as a calendar.
