It's like Facebook for task management. The best thing about Asana is surely design, it is minimalistic, beautiful, smart and goal oriented.

There is nothing a find to criticize in a negative way from this product, by the way.

Asana has a super friendly user interface that makes task management far more joyful than other competitors.

Asana is a great software it keeps things easy and clear to follow...the way it has listings  and timeline helps to navigate through the activities I also like how it tracks milestones of a project.

I like the ease of use and the simple platform, very good teaching tutorials. Ans FREE Forever, I must add there are upsells, But again they are VERY affordable.

Asana is super easy to use, fun with all the colors and functionality and helps keep me on track.

Right now it's a mess, and I'm sure that has more to do with us than Asana. We're 80 people, we're on the way to be 200, and I'm worried about how much crazier it will get.

It crashes some times and it kicks me out of my account at least 3 times a week, which can be very annoying and frustrating.

Smooth onboarding process. Our POC from Cezanne was amazing and extremely supportive and helpful throughout the entire process of onboarding.

It takes time to become familiar with the system. Cezanne doesn't provide instruction manual as a handout so it is difficult for most users.

Challenging getting going - needed a more analytical and directive approach. Post implementation has been really good.

An adequate HR website that suffers from many minor issues.

The support team are helpful and friendly, and the Help Centre is detailed. There is also a feature for you to raise ideas for future development.

We started with around 120 employees when we first integrated Cezanne, and that number has now more than doubled.

It is user friendly and generally intuitive but with support available when needed. The pricing structure is fair, with low inital set-up costs and a subscription model which is good value for us.

We have recently switched to using Cezanne On Demand as our HR software.

When an import fails, the error messages are not clear and sometimes you have to raise a support ticket to understand what the error message means.

Sometimes I am quite confused with the multiple options.

Sometimes there's the lack of scheduling notification through emails to users.

Customer service has been good through the support system.
