It's like Facebook for task management. The best thing about Asana is surely design, it is minimalistic, beautiful, smart and goal oriented.

There is nothing a find to criticize in a negative way from this product, by the way.

Asana has a super friendly user interface that makes task management far more joyful than other competitors.

Asana is a great software it keeps things easy and clear to follow...the way it has listings  and timeline helps to navigate through the activities I also like how it tracks milestones of a project.

I like the ease of use and the simple platform, very good teaching tutorials. Ans FREE Forever, I must add there are upsells, But again they are VERY affordable.

Right now it's a mess, and I'm sure that has more to do with us than Asana. We're 80 people, we're on the way to be 200, and I'm worried about how much crazier it will get.

It crashes some times and it kicks me out of my account at least 3 times a week, which can be very annoying and frustrating.

Sometimes log in process is complicated if you forget your credentials. It is a hassle to figure out what email/phone/user you used etc if its forgotten.

It is a little confusing to know who you are answering in a message & it will sometimes post the wrong picture  on the persons message.

After trying out several different scheduling apps, I was recommended OpenSimSim and it was by far the easiest and most effective app I have worked with. Their customer service is exceptional.

I like how easy the site is to navigate, and how easy it is to pull information from the software.

Unable to edit employees availability. The switching shifts is sort of confusing on the admin end.

I love OpenSimSim, it has helped me schedule my employees better and has increased communications with everyone. If ever I have a question, the Support team is right there, very responsive.

The functionality of the computer website is awful compared to the mobile browser. Many of the features I did not know how to access for the first month of using the product.

I looked at software that is more streamed to what we use it for, but the response from support was pathetic so I stayed with SimSim.

I love the ease of the app. I love adding shift opportunities and staff being able to request time off, drop shifts and pick up shifts as they wish.

Ease of use, ease of setup, setup is organized and clear, love that it notifies my staff when I publish a schedule and is integrated with phone platforms/has an app.

I also like the ease of requesting time off. I really love the feature of reminding me when my shift starts.

The only problem is that the employee's can block a day or more on there own ,, that becomes a problem.

It was super easy to setup, super easy to connect my staff to it and eliminated so many scheduling frustrations I had been dealing with.
